Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize Airy
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Identify & consult decision-makers in SMBs and foster new relationships
  • Help educate customers on Airy's value to their organization
  • Navigate key decision makers to build Airy awareness within their organizations
  • Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with your colleagues at Airy to ensure customer success
  • Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries
  • Collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team (Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
  • Provide recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns
  • Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a closing sales role, preferably in a SaaS organization
  • 1+ years experience at a high growth tech company
  • 1+ years experience in outbound prospecting
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing several contracts per week
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator both with customers and within an organization
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • Active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • Flexible and adaptive
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
