What you will do: 


You will be one of the first touch points for leads and prospects, setting the tone in the sales cycle. Your role will be to identify and qualify new sales opportunities and to support our sales team by leveraging data, insights and technology. You will drive strategy, performance and sustainable growth for and with the sales team. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, researching and obtaining business information & requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate lead qualification data in our CRM-System (Salesforce)
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads, conduct pre-qualification calls and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information
  • Schedule new appointments and product demos for our sales team
  • Engage prospects to expand awareness, educate, identify new opportunities and build account intelligence
  • Support and provide insights into opportunity and pipeline management and sales execution


What we are looking for: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (mandatory) and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • You have some relevant experience ideally in a customer-facing role, such as sales operations, account management or strategic consulting (Marketing agency or SaaS experience a plus.)
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
  • Tech-savvy individual with an understanding of how online social networks and the associated changes in customer behavior can be harnessed to drive business success.
